GREENBRIER, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man faces numerous expenses following allegedly crashing his automobile into an O’Reilly Auto Parts Monday and fleeing the scene.
According to Smokey Barn News, the incident happened all over 12:30 p.m. at the shop found at 2267 Highway 41 South.
Law enforcement instructed SBN that as the driver fled the scene, witnesses captured a partial plate number that led officers to a household the suspect supposedly had been home sitting down.
Police informed SBN the suspect, identified as 65-yr-outdated Mcgill Smith of Minimal Rock, Arkansas, furthermore struck a automobile and a gentle pole on his way residence.
SBN noted that Smith confessed to crashing his gray F150 pickup into O’Reilly’s and staying beneath the influence. Robertson County EMS explained to SBN Smith was transported from his house to TriStar NorthCrest Health care Heart in Springfield with non-life threatening accidents.
Smith is now going through DUI fees and four counts of Reckless Endangerment because of to there getting two customers and two staff within the retail store at the time of affect. His bond has been established at $13,500.
